Notice to Patients and Families:

Our highest priority is the health and safety of our patients, families and our PGNA team.

PGNA is closely monitoring coronavirus (COVID-19) developments in partnership with our state and local health departments and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC).

Currently, we remain open, but we are taking precautions for the safety of our patients. To protect our patients and PGNA team, if you, your child, or anyone in your family are ill (Fever, Upper respiratory symptoms, flu-like symptoms) and have an appointment, we kindly ask that you do not come in and call to reschedule your appointment. All cancelation fees will be waived until further notice. We also ask that you only bring the child that is seeing the physician that day to our office for the appointment.

As the situation continues, we’re committed to taking the following added precautions:
*   Our staff are conducting additional comprehensive disinfecting procedures in all parts of the clinic including all patient touchpoints (door handles, chairs, countertops, restrooms, etc.).
*   In order to avoid close contact in the waiting room, we are Immediately triaging and rooming patients to exam rooms.
*   We’ve asked our staff to stay home if not feeling well and we are staying in constant contact so that we may take prompt and efficient action.

We hope that you and your family remain healthy and safe through this public health crisis. If you have specific questions about your child’s health condition and how it could be affected by this outbreak, please contact our office.

Sincerely,

PGNA Physicians and Team
