About Us

Finding Inspiration in Every Turn

Welcome to Pediatric Gastroenterology and Nutrition Associates (PGNA)! Since our founding in 1988 as the first pediatric gastroenterology practice in the State of Nevada, PGNA has grown into a dedicated team of five physicians, one nurse practitioner, and a pediatric dietitian. We specialize in providing exceptional care to patients from birth through 18 years of age, addressing a wide range of digestive, liver, and nutritional disorders.

Our expertise encompasses a variety of conditions, including celiac disease, inflammatory bowel disease, acid-peptic and allergic gastrointestinal conditions, cystic fibrosis, short bowel syndrome, enteral and parenteral feeding management, liver diseases and liver transplant care, pancreatic disorders, nutritional issues, and motility disorders of the gastrointestinal tract. We also evaluate and manage symptoms such as chronic abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, swallowing and feeding disorders, and defecation concerns, among others.

As the only pediatric GI practice in Nevada participating in the prestigious ImproveCareNow Network, we are proud to be part of a quality improvement collaborative involving over 100 centers across the US and Europe that treat children with Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis. Our outcomes consistently rival those of the top ten children’s hospitals recognized by U.S. News & World Report.

At PGNA, we are committed to providing the highest standard of care at our east and west locations. Our team also provides consultations at three hospital systems across the valley: Sunrise Children’s Hospital, Summerlin Children’s Medical Center, and St. Rose Siena Hospital.

We invite you to contact our staff for questions or to schedule an appointment. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. At PGNA, our guiding principle is simple: “Treat every patient as if they were your own child.” We look forward to supporting you and your family with compassionate and expert care.
