About Dr. Mileti

Dr. Elizabeth Mileti is passionate about providing exceptional pediatric care to the Las Vegas Valley, the community where she grew up. Since joining PGNA in 2011, she has been dedicated to elevating the standard of pediatric medicine, treating each patient with compassion and care as if they were part of her own family. As a mother of two, Dr. Mileti understands the importance of finding a provider who inspires confidence and trust.

Dr. Mileti earned her Doctor of Osteopathy degree from Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her pediatric residency at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, one of the nation’s top-ranked pediatric hospitals, where she was honored with the Shubert-Balistreri Award for exceptional care of patients with gastrointestinal and liver diseases. She then pursued her fellowship in Pediatric Gastroenterology at the University of California, San Francisco Medical Center, where she also earned a Master of Advanced Studies with a research focus on autoimmune hepatitis.

Board-certified in both Pediatrics and Pediatric Gastroenterology, Dr. Mileti has a wide range of clinical interests, including a focus on eosinophilic esophagitis, inflammatory bowel disease, and liver diseases. In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Mileti is an Adjunct Faculty member at Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine, where she educates and mentors the next generation of physicians. She is active with the pediatric gastroenterology community nationally and serves as a Councilor on the Executive Board of the North American Society for Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition (NASPGHAN).  Prior to this she was a NASPGHAN Foundation Board member.

She remains at the forefront of pediatric gastroenterology through ongoing medical education, ensuring her patients receive innovative, evidence-based care tailored to their unique needs.

​

When not caring for her patients, Dr. Mileti enjoys spending quality time with her family and exploring the great outdoors. Her dedication, expertise, and compassionate approach make her a trusted provider for her patients and their families and a valued member of the PGNA team.
